Who to contact

MarinAI is the consulting brand of Marina Katz-Goldenberg. For questions about information you share, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email marketing@marinai.xyz. The business is registered in Portugal.

Visiting this website

The consulting pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies, run third-party tracking scripts, or load social-media embeds. The pages use system fonts and locally hosted assets. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process technical information such as IP addresses for security and service delivery. See Vercel’s privacy statement for its practices.

Contacting Marina

The email links open your email application. No contact form sends your details through this website. If you choose to email, the information you include is used to respond to and discuss your enquiry. Please do not send passwords, API keys, confidential client data, or payment details. You can contact Marina to discuss or request deletion of enquiry information, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.

External services

LinkedIn and other external links take you to services with their own privacy practices. No LinkedIn widget is embedded here. This site does not enrol visitors in a mailing list or take consulting payments.

Commex

The Commex early-access product is a separate application from these consulting pages, and it handles information differently.

If you sign in, our authentication provider (Supabase) stores your email address. If you set up a brand, we store the details you submit: your website, the search context and keywords you choose, and any reply instructions you write. We also keep limited security records, such as hashed email and IP values, to rate-limit sign-in attempts and prevent abuse. This information is used to provide the product and is not sold.

Payments and publishing to X are not enabled, so no card details are collected and no social account credentials are requested. The app loads Google Fonts, so its requests differ from the consulting pages. You can ask us to delete your account and brand information at any time by emailing marketing@marinai.xyz.

Your rights

If applicable to your situation, data-protection rights can include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability. You may also raise a concern with a data-protection authority; in Portugal, this is the CNPD.
